Production & US Shipping Information

All products in our store are handmade custom items, and different goods have different handmade production cycles. Please read the complete timeline and policy before placing your order.
We only ship orders to addresses within the United States. International shipments to other countries are not available at present.

1. Handmade Production Time

• Pet Memorial Jewelry / Custom Car & Fridge Aroma Stones / Custom Handmade Figurines: 7–10 business days
After receiving your photos and confirming all customization details, we need 7–10 business days to finish carving, painting, air-drying and strict quality inspection. If you request design revisions during production, the crafting period will be slightly extended.
Rush production service is available for these items, you can choose the rush upgrade on the product page if you need faster turnaround.

• Pet Embroidery Photo Frames: 4–7 business days
We spend 4–7 business days on pattern drawing, manual embroidery, trimming, framing and quality checking for your exclusive embroidered frame. Any design adjustments will add extra crafting time.
There is no rush production option for embroidery frames.

Every one-of-a-kind custom piece requires careful handwork, and we truly appreciate your patience as we refine every tiny detail for your beloved pet keepsake.

2. Shipping Arrangement for US Customers

We only provide expedited shipping for all US orders.
Once your handmade item passes inspection, we will ship it out immediately. The expedited delivery takes 7–10 business days door-to-door to US addresses. A unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email after dispatch, so you can track your parcel status at any time.

Total Estimated Waiting Time

• Jewelry, Aroma Stones & Figurines: Around 14–20 business days (standard production + shipping). Rush production is available for faster delivery.

• Pet Embroidery Frames: Around 11–17 business days (production + shipping, rush service not supported)

3. Important Policy Reminders

1. Minor delays may occur during holiday shopping peaks or customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

2. Please double-check your US shipping address before checkout. Address modification is not supported once production starts.

3. Once we begin crafting your personalized custom product, all orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

4. If you have a tight deadline for gifting, anniversaries or special occasions, please contact our customer service before placing your order. Rush upgrade is only applicable to jewelry, aroma stones and figurines.

We only deliver to contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US remote territories are not available for shipping.
